Procedure:

Refunds are made in accordance with the procedure as outlined in the following section.

•  Members who withdraw from a service that they registered for and wish to seek a refund, or have the amount they owe on their service charges reduced, must apply to Kingston Malayali Association in writing, outlining the details and reason.


•  This refund policy will be made available to members and prospective members through Kingston Malayali Association representatives. Once the refund claim is settled, no further queries will be entertained by Kingston Malayali Association pertaining to that claim.


•  All refund requests must be backed up by written proofs of the claims.
